This one-day leadership development workshop is designed specifically for the people leading the daily operations of theaters.
The workshop equips GMs, F&B Managers, Managers, Assistant Managers, and other supervisory positions to increase box office and concession revenue, enhance the guest experience, and improve staff retention by building stronger leadership capability throughout their teams.
